The web-based Shop Floor Overview app visualizes your production processes on large-screen monitors for maximum transparency. The machine states (red for stopped, green for production, etc.) are transparent and visible at a distance for all employees in production, giving them a real-time overview of the production process so they can intervene immediately in case of a fault. Depending on the size of the plant, different monitor configurations for machine locations, as well as group or single displays are possible. In combination with the Energy app it is possible to include energy consumption, machine state and also OEE indicators directly in the displays. The display monitors are freely scalable.
