Our Process Control (SPC) module is a Web-enabled tool that allows you to monitor your processes.

The module captures the current process values recorded for the connected machines and systems in real time, calculates key statistical indicators and stores samples long-term in the database. Depending on the design, type, manufacturer and construction year of the machines, the values are measured via automation systems that need to be implemented, via OPC-UA interfaces or directly via a TCP/IP connection. Another option for older systems is to use serial or printer interfaces. Our module monitors your process targets automatically, reliably discovering any variances in your production process immediately, and generates the appropriate warnings.

Numerical test procedures used to measure process capability supply you with information on the properties of the recorded test series. The module then uses the measured data to automatically calculate process capability and indicates the Cp and the Cpk factor. During the run-in process, the current Cpk factor can be used at any time to make corrections to the machine settings in a timely manned if they become necessary due to process variances.
