The ERP integration module administers data import and export to the superior ERP system. The module is universally applicable, and, in the standard, it is configurable for the relevant individual requirements in accordance with the ERP integration requirement. Communication with the superior ERP system takes place via status bits. One function which is queried in the ERP or in INCLUDIS and which automatically triggers a system function is allocated to each of the status bits.
According to customer requirements, job data are entered through ASCII data exchange or ODBC in the INCLUDIS import/export buffer tables. The ERP <-> INCLUDIS data allocation is dependent on the superior ERP system and adjustable in INCLUDIS. A first-time master data takeover is not required.
An overall order which permanently provides all job information is expected from the superior ERP-System. INCLUDIS reviews every imported dataset for changes and automatically updates the master data set.
