MES-Software More Transparency and efficiency in acquiring and analysing of production data is promised by the software solution INCLUDIS. It monitors machines around the clock (24/7) and sends alerts immediately in case of process deviations. The data is collected directly from the machines – continiuously, unaltered and in real time. Optional large-screen monitors can be installed in the production halls, displaying the shop floor overview which can be seen from a large distance. Different colours indicate the machines’ status. Up-to-the minute reports with O.E.E. can be received via e-mail or SMS, or downloaded to a smartphone as a mobile web application. Through the multiple plant function domestic and foreign production facilities can be networked with the software solution. The modules production scheduler, webbased machine data collection (MDC) and statistical process controll (SPC) ensure gapless traceability of your production processes.
