Jochen Brinkmann

General Manager

As the managing partner, he concentrates on the expansion of sales and internationalization through strategic partnerships.

He has had more than 20 years of experience in automation as the head of software development for international projects in tool and plastics construction in America, Europe, and Asia. On the basis of this background in software development, he is aware of production requirements and continually contributes this knowledge to the INCLUDIS conceptual software design and development.

He is the founder of INCLUDIS and has been managing the company since 1995.

Jochen Brinkmann has a ‘Diplom’ (Master’s degree equivalent) in electrical engineering.

Susanne Brinkmann

Head of Marketing / Public Relations

She develops marketing concepts for the positioning of the INCLUDIS brand in Germany and abroad.

As a result of work in marketing and in the press departments of various Berlin research institutes, she is experienced in the marketing of complex products and she has been contributing this know-how to the company since 1996.

She studied Business and Social Communication at the UdK (Berlin University of the Arts) in Berlin and has a ‘Diplom’ (Master’s degree equivalent) in Marketing and Communications.
