With much professional competence and creativity you will take part in the further development of our software solution INCLUDIS Factory and our web-based INCLUDIS.mdc solution. You provide customer support in Germany and abroad with regard to customer-specific inquiries, perform software installations, provide local trainings, and will be available for user-specific adaptations.

You should have a degree in computer science/engineering and some years of professional experience in software developing or support. Technical training would be desirable for a better understanding of production processes which is, however, not a requirement. But you should be proficient in programming with Microsoft Visual Studio (C#, .Net), and be familiar with SQL databases (Oracle, SQL-Server), and current Internet technologies (ASP.Net, HTML, Java). In addition, you have excellent network knowledge. Best German and good English language skills for close consultations and cooperation with our foreign customers complete your profile.
